Sénégal Resorts wanted to sell stays direct without depending on international OTAs. Zephyr shipped a full e-commerce shop in 21 calendar days: stay catalog, availability calendar, Wave + Orange Money + card payment, back-office dashboard.
The technical challenge: integrate three different local payment rails into a unified checkout with a robust fallback. The booking funnel runs in a maximum of 3 steps, mobile-first.
Since launch, over 40% of bookings now come through direct channels, OTA commission-free.
